We utilize an innovative model using Peer Recovery Specialists to link participants with those who have the same or similar lived experiences, for support and Community Health Workers as an opportunity to connect with community members, learn about their health needs – medical and social – and link them to existing resources in the community.

 

Being a State-Approved Peer Recovery Specialist Trainer for the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services allows Zeno Wellness Group to insure the proper training to reach the participants and the Community. This is how we connect them with appropriate services related to food, housing, health insurance, childcare, adult education, job training, and other services.
