Thank you for allowing me to share my story with you.

Many people preparing to serve their country believe they must always be strong, perfect, and unbreakable.

But real strength comes from understanding yourself, caring for your mind, and learning how to process the challenges life brings.

This toolkit includes a few reflection tools inspired by the healing exercises in my book I Am Healing: 7 Secrets to Wellness and Self-Care.

My hope is that these tools help you develop the kind of inner resilience that supports both leadership and service.
