Services
Zeno Wellness Group provides mental health and substance use treatment services, as well as peer recovery specialist training programs. Our services are not a substitute for emergency care.
Payment
You agree to pay for services rendered in accordance with our fee schedule and your insurance coverage. Payment terms will be discussed prior to beginning treatment.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.
